CLUB NIGHT THIS THURSDAY

If you reckon your truck’s dialled, your driving’s better than your mates, and your latest mod is the best thing since lockers… prove it. Or at least come talk about it.

Highway Inn
Thursday 23/4
7:30pm (get there early for a feed, a drink, and a decent yarn)

This isn’t some boring sit-around meeting. This is where trips get planned, stories get exaggerated, and everyone suddenly becomes an expert after a couple of beers.

We’ve got a solid lineup of trips coming up, so we’ll run through what’s happening and how to get amongst it. If you’ve been meaning to get more involved, this is your in.

New faces, old hands, half-finished builds — all welcome. Just bring your chat and be ready to cop a bit back.

See you there.

Update regarding the status of Skippers Bridge.

Skippers Bridge remains closed to all vehicles, cyclists, and pedestrians until further notice, after an inspection of the structure late last year found failures of the wires in the cables used to support the bridge and any load on it.

We found failures of the wires in the cables used to suspend Skippers Bridge in place, which means we've been unable to safely assess what load the bridge can currently support.

Given the potential risk, keeping the bridge closed ensures we can keep the public as safe as possible while remediation work is considered in the future.

A full update can be found in the comments below.
