Seido Karate Stoke has been operating since 1987 under the teaching of 6th Dan Black Belt Sei Shihan Stephen Lomax. We are a family orientated Dojo practising Seido Karate, where people of all physical abilities and age are welcome. Monday:
5:30pm-6:30pm General Class
6:30pm-7:15pm Kata Class
7:15pm-8:15pm Beginners Class

Thursday:
5:30pm-6:30pm General Class
6:30pm-7:15pm Sparring Class
7:15pm

-8:15pm Beginners Class

Please be aware that we will be training in the Performing Arts room this Thursday, as the hall is unavailable.

General and beginners classes as normal.

Instead of sparring, as space is limited, Shuseki will be teaching Kata applications (bunkai). However, tournament fighters: be prepared for bag work! πŸ₯Š

Easter Monday training will be on as usual, starting with general class at 5:30pm, then kata at 6:30pm, followed by our beginners class at 7:15pm.

No rest for the wicked (or those who love karate)!

From white belts to brown belt, our grading students demonstrated not only their skills, but also showed us their determination and commitment. They worked hard to earn their promotion.

Seido Karate Stoke - General Grading!

Our students are ready to demonstrate their spirit and skills, to progress to the next step on their Seido journey.

Please come and support them next Saturday, 28th of March.

The general grading will be held at the Stoke dojo, located at Broadgreen Intermediate School on Nayland Road, starting at 9am. All welcome.

Stoke students:

This Saturday the 21st, we will be training in the alternate Performing Arts room as the hall is unavailable.

Being the third Saturday of the month, and with the room not suitable for sparring, the 9am class will instead focus on kata applications, which is open to all students.

Classes:

8am: BB weapons class outside (to the left of the hall this time) or BB syllabus in the Performing Arts room if it rains

9am: Applications (all grades)

10am: Meditation

10:30am: Kyu grade syllabus
