❄️ Exciting news - we’re opening earlier! ❄️

Staveley Ice Rink will now open on Saturday 30th of May 👏👏
Come out for a skate and make a day of it, a weekend mission or turn it into a full long weekend of skating with King’s Birthday Monday ⛸️👑

Rink bookings will be open Sunday, 10th May.

We’re excited to announce that the rink will officially open on Monday, June 1st - King’s Birthday public holiday!

Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned skater, we can’t wait to welcome you back onto the ice for another fantastic season.

❄️⛸️ That’s a wrap on our 2025 season! ⛸️❄️

What an amazing winter it’s been — full of skating, curling, marshmallows by the fire, and plenty of good times out on the ice. A huge thank you to everyone who came out, supported, volunteered, and made the rink such a special place again this year. 💙

Due to the warmer weather, the rink is now closed for the season. If you’ve made a booking, no worries — refunds will be processed over the next couple of days. 👍

From all of us at the Staveley Hall Society, thank you for being part of the magic. See you back on the ice next winter! 🥌✨

It’s always so special to see our community rink filled with laughter, skating, and rosy cheeks. Huge thanks as well to the teachers and helpers who made it happen – you’re legends!

⛸️ 1:00pm – 5:00pm (get in quick)
⛸️ 6:30pm – 9:30pm (Skate under the lights!)

🔥 The fire will be roaring, and the BBQs are ready to go—free to use and gas included! So bring your sausages and make a night of it!

6:30–9:30pm for skating under the stars 🌟 (because who doesn’t want a little starlight magic with their ice?)

The weekend is already looking busy, so grab your tickets now! ✅ Remember, if life throws you a curveball, you can self-refund up to 2 hours before the session. Easy as.

Friday’s Learn to Curl Night is on track for awesome weather, so come channel your inner Olympian 🥌! Spots are still available – book on our website before they’re gone.

🔥 Hot tip: We’ve got TWO BBQs at the rink, free to use and fully gassed up. (Yes, GAS included! How good! ) picnics done right since 1952! 👍

We’re OPEN today – rain, or shine, (but mostly rain ☔️).
The fire will be roaring, the marshmallows will be toasting, and your soggy socks will be steaming in no time! 🔥😄
