Thank you everyone who came to farewell one of our key committee members Tim Sowman and partner Lizzie Vincent last night at the clubhouse.

Tim has been the manager of Annavale who kindly lent us the sheep for the trials. Tim is a can-do member who gets stuff done.

We are going to miss you both. Thank you for all that you have done over the years that you have been part of the club and all the best for your next venture.

All the best Tim and Lizzie. You will be missed

Tonight we would like to thank our unofficial club rooms that keep us fed and watered when the trials aren't on... the one and only Harry and the
Springfield Hotel

Not only are they fantastic sponsors (along with it's sister the Coalgate Tavern) but they are huge supporters of the community and have created a hub for people to congregate and also have a focus on giving back

They also have accommodation which was well utilised over the trials and keen punters have booked rooms again for next year

Tonight we would like to do a shoutout to Southern Heli Lift for their sponsorship.

Tonight we would like to say a grateful thank you to Rick and Leanne Johnson, Garth, Hannah and Chris from Mt. Torlesse Station for the delicious venison that they supplied for the evening BBQ's.

They were very tender and tasty - they must have been eating all the lush grass instead of the pickings of the bush.

This generosity of not only supplying the deer but also butchering it ready for the BBQ ensured no one went home hungry and meant that everyone present were able to eat for free. This allowed us to put the club back on everyone's "must return" calendar for next year.
