Suspect a concussion or a head knock in an athlete? 🧠

At Inform we are offering a triage service for athletes with suspected concussion, to ensure prompt and appropriate management.

How it works:

1) If a concussion is suspected, we will send a referral to the GP to confirm the diagnosis
2) once completed, our physios can continue athelete care with evidence- based concussion management
3) provide neck-related physiotherapy if neck pain is a concern
