🐴 Jumping on the AI bandwagon and letting it create me an advert 😆

Have to admit, it looks pretty cool! 🤠

✈️ Just a heads up that I’ll be heading back to Germany on the 2nd of August for the next round of study, and I’ll be away until mid September.

🗓️July is already starting to book up.

If you’ve been thinking about booking in, now is probably a good time to flick me a message before I disappear overseas again 🤠

🤠 TRIP FULLY BOOKED 🤠

Back on the road soon 🚗🐴

I’m planning my next trip south for the last week of June and beginning of July, travelling through:
- North Canterbury
- Geraldine
- Fairlie
- Tekapo
- Twizel
- Cromwell
- Alexandra
- Ranfurly
- Dunedin & Balclutha
- Oamaru
- Timaru & Temuka.

This will be my last south trip until December, as the next few months will be focused on my study trips back to Germany through the Vluggen Institute 🐴📚

For those wanting to book in, feel free to flick me a message sooner rather than later, as spots are already starting to fill.

Please let me know if there are certain days or times that absolutely don’t work for you — but also keep in mind I’m travelling long distances and trying to group areas together where possible. With the current fuel prices, flexibility really helps me keep travel costs reasonable for everyone 😊

Safe shelter or cover is also always hugely appreciated this time of year, so we don’t get too held up with winter weather conditions.

Looking forward to getting back on the road, seeing everyone again, and treating some horses in some pretty stunning parts of the country ❤️

Cheers Corinna

Home sweet home 🐾❤️

I had the weekend to catch up on some sleep and spend time with my furry family.

School was amazing, mind blowing and honestly just next level. Now there is a lot to revisit, process, and study over the next couple of months 🤯🐴

Back in full swing now, the next couple of weeks are already full and things are starting to fill up.

I’m only back in NZ for June and July before heading back to Germany in August until mid September for the next round of school and learning ✈️

I’m also slowly starting to plan another trip south around the end of June/beginning of July, so if you are down that way and would like an appointment, feel free to flick me a message

Cheers Corinna

Life, passion, and following your heart ❤️

Life is short, and sometimes we spend too much time overthinking, waiting, doubting, or worrying… when in reality we only get one shot at it.

The education I’m doing is not just “a school.” It’s a mindset, a life choice, and honestly a whole lifestyle. Osteopathy changes the way you think, see, and understand things. It teaches you to look at the whole picture, not just one small part of it. And I’m still only at primary school level in this journey.

Travelling to Germany three times within six months is no easy task. From the outside it might sound exciting and glamorous, but anyone who has done those long flights knows the commitment, exhaustion, stress, and sacrifice that comes with it.

This trip also came with saying goodbye to someone special far too early, which reminded me once again how precious and short life really is.

Moments like this make me want to follow my dreams even more. To stop second guessing everything so much and just go after the things that truly matter to me.

Because honestly… if you want something in life, go for it. And if you fail? Get back up and try again. At least you tried.

Some people sadly never get the chance to grow old or chase the dreams they had. Those of us who still can should make the absolute most of it.

Now flying back home after 2.5 weeks in Germany — one very intense week of school, a very full brain, lots of new ideas, and even more passion for the journey I’m on.

I truly love the osteopathy journey I’m on. It’s mind opening, challenging, humbling, and constantly changing the way I think and see the world.

Now it’s time to head home, cuddle the dogs, unpack the suitcase, and slowly process everything from the last couple of weeks.

And honestly… I already can’t wait for the next module ✈️

Cheers Corinna

🐴✨ Why I’m training in Equine Osteopathy (and why I keep flying to Germany 🇩🇪✈️)

Over the last few years I’ve fallen more and more in love with understanding the whole horse 🐴
Not just “this muscle is sore” — but why… and how everything connects: movement patterns, compensation, nervous system, organs, posture… the whole big puzzle 🧩💡

That’s why I committed to a 4-year Equine Osteopathy training through the Vluggen Institute in Germany 🇩🇪

And yes… it means I’m jumping on a plane 3–4 times a year for intensive hands-on modules, supervised practical training and exams ✈️📚🙈

It’s a big commitment — but it’s worth every single trip, because the horses are worth it 💛🐴✨

I’m not qualified yet, but I’m in training — and every module helps me grow and learn more for the horses I work with.

Right now, I work as an equine bodyworker, and I’m constantly expanding my skills through structured training and supervision.

✨ I work using gentle manual techniques, in line with my current level of advanced training through the Vluggen Institute in Germany.

✨ If something isn’t right for your horse, I’ll always be honest and recommend the best next step.

And in an industry where there are many approaches and different levels of training, I always encourage horse owners to ask questions and choose someone who is transparent about their education and their methods 🙏

✅ What training/qualifications do you have?
✅ Where did/do you study and for how long?
✅ Do you keep doing hands-on education?
✅ Can you explain what you’re doing + why?

A good professional will always be happy to explain and put horse welfare first 🐴💛

Super grateful for everyone who supports this journey 🏔️✨

Cheers, Corinna

Christchurch Airport ✈️

While some are heading out for duck shooting opening… 🦆 🔫
I’m heading off for the start of my flying season ✈️

The next 6 months are looking pretty full on, with 3 trips to Germany lined up (4 Modules) as I continue my training.

📚 Next module is all about the cervical spine — looking forward to diving deeper and bringing even more back to the horses at home.

➡️ I’ll be back in full action from 25th May, and the first couple of weeks are already starting to fill. Flick me a message if you’d like to book in 😊

🏡 I’ll be in NZ through June and July, before heading off again August to mid-September.

🚗 A South Island trip is planned for the end of June / beginning of July, and I already have enough bookings to make the trip happen 🙌

➡️ This will likely be my last trip south until around December, as I’ll only be back in NZ for a short period between trips later in the year.

🇩🇪🇳🇿So yes… a fair bit of back and forth over the next few months — but all part of the journey ✈️

Thank you so much for all the support — it really means a lot 🤍

Cheers Corinna

Well… home from Blenheim a bit earlier than planned.

Turns out doing unexpected gymnastics on horseback over 40 isn’t always the best life choice 🤣

Didn’t fall off — just had one of those moments where your horse jumps, you end up in front of the saddle horn, and have to scramble yourself back into place while pretending everything is under control 🙈😂

The ribs weren’t impressed, so I spent the morning at urgent care in Blenheim. Good news — nothing serious, just old scar tissue, sore muscles, and irritated ribs having a wee protest.

So the next few days will be some forced R&R, letting everything settle down and getting ready for my quick trip to Germany on Sunday ✈️🇩🇪

Sometimes we choose the rest… sometimes the body chooses it for us.

🐎 ACTIVOMED ✨️MINI✨️ Cover and Boots.

I am so excited to finally share this with you all.

Over the past months, I have been working closely with Activomed Germany to bring something very special to New Zealand. As a proud partner representing Activomed here in NZ, it means a lot to me to be able to listen to my clients and turn those conversations into real solutions.

One thing that kept coming up again and again was the need for a miniature version of our Activomed Simply the Best cover and boots. With the miniature showing and driving scene growing so beautifully in New Zealand, it just made sense.

And now it is happening.

We are launching a miniature Activomed cover and matching boots, available this spring here in NZ. This will be a very exclusive release and I cannot wait to see these incredible little athletes benefit from the same level of care and support as our larger performance horses.

As always, our systems come with 18 carefully designed programs to support circulation, recovery, relaxation, and overall musculoskeletal health. What is truly important is understanding the frequencies behind each program. It is not about intensity, it is about rhythm. Choosing the right frequency for your horse’s individual needs is what creates real results.

This is where I come in. As an equine therapist, I offer one on one support and assessments to guide you through your system, your horse, and the correct settings. This ensures you are using your Activomed system with confidence and purpose.

Another part I absolutely love is that we can create fully custom made products. Covers, boots, mats, dog beds and more can all be tailored to suit you and your animals.

Pre orders for the miniature range are now open.

If you already have a system and would like to add the mini cover and boots, no problem at all. All products can be purchased separately and integrated into your current setup.

If you are curious, excited, or have any questions, please reach out. I would love to chat with you.

This is a very special step and I am so grateful to be able to bring it to you.

Nele 🤍

📅 April is nearly full… and Germany is getting close ✈️🇩🇪

Just over 3 weeks to go until I’m back on the plane to Germany for further studies 📚
From then on, it’s a bit of back-and-forth with another 4 modules ahead — exciting times!

I still have a few appointments available in April:
➡️ Friday 24th – Richmond / Mapua / Brightwater & surrounding areas
➡️ Wednesday 29th – Blenheim area

I’m also now taking bookings for June & July, before I head away again in August/September ☺️

🚗 For my South Island clients — I’m planning a trip south last week of June / first week of July (weather and bookings depending).

If you’re thinking of booking in, now’s a good time to flick me a message 💬

Cheers,
Corinna
