Tough result for our men against , but full credit to them for a hard-fought game. Appreciate the battle 🤝

What stood out most was Whakarua Park packed. Clubs from across the coast showing up, backing their teams, and getting in behind the kaupapa of Matakaoa Junior Rugby.

Nga mihi to Uawa for the contest, to all our clubs who took the field, and to NPEC and the officials for an awesome day of rugby. We go again next week 🫡

Late last year, we put the call out to our whanau to sponsor a jersey. We are grateful to everyone who reached out.
