Why is the Rotorua Lakes Council being investigated by the Ombudsmen for corrupt dealings?

Rotorua Daily Post needs to be held accountable, they allowed the publication of defamatory comments, which were blatant lies and when confronted said they had no involvement.
This was an absolute lie, reporter Kelly Makiha and her husband Pete Makiha were party to the group who wrote the lies and the Rotorua Daily post did have direct input into publishing the accusations.
They should be reporting about the unscrupulous Principal of Western Heights Primary School, who was a party to the stolen $300,000.00 and knows who stole $300,000.00 from Central Rugby League Club.

The Bay of Plenty District Rugby League committee is killing Rugby league in Rotorua by denying clubs from entering the competition.

Their committee is dominated by Ngongotaha Rugby League. Having only a minority of members who are not associated with Ngongotaha.

Jenny Nahu, Paul Nahu, and Russell Stewart are all closely related with Paul and Russell being cousins. All three are basically life members of Ngongotaha Leagues Club.

Veena, Sharee, Damon White and Jason Walker have all been long time members of Ngongotaha League having held many positions at the club.

All the clubs know this but are too scared to speak out because of the NZRL's ruthless attitude when hiding the fact they do not care about grassroots Rugby League. In a court case brought against the NZRL, they stated that they have no allegiance to Clubs and would not help them in concerns against bias rugby league district committees like the Bay of Plenty District Rugby League.

Jenny Nahu has held a position as Treasurer for the Bay of Plenty District Rugby League for many years most of them being illegal. In their constitution Treasurer can only hold that position for two years, she has held it for over 10 years consecutively. Many believe it is because she is making a very good living out of her position, even though she is only meant to be a volunteer.

Paul Nahu furnishes his lifestyle by funneling money from Rugby League funding into his business PAN Apparrel. A Department of Internal Affairs investigation led to uncovering Paul Nahu, guilty of profiting while sitting as President of Ngongotaha League. When Funding trusts like Pub Charity were informed and then asked whether they would take action, they refused. So while thousands of clubs suffers from denial of funding, Paul Nahu personally profits. Is this the right thing to do? Absolutely not!

Feel sorry for uncle Manny, not only did he and his committee try to save the club, he and his committee used their own money to bring the club out of debt. To date the amount owing to Manny is over $3000.00.

What makes me laugh the most, here are these thieves who have to back each other because they pi**ed the legacy of the club up against the wall. No money left for their kids to purse higher honours in rugby league. Hahaha.

In 2009, Manny Beazely, became the president of Central Rugby League Club, he reported that the previous committee had taken all the money and there was nothing left from the sale of the club room on Tallyho street, they had taken all the memorabilia and they used the club to tick up heaps of alcohol, till the club owed thousands to liquor outlets all over Rotorua. There were no uniforms as they had been sold for $2 each and an overdraft of $5000, which was completely tapped out
