Fittest Mum is for Mums of all fitness levels.

How Fittest Mum Online Qualifiers works:
Firstly to be eligable you must be a Mum.
On the 1st of August early bird registrations will open through Competition Corner.
In late August five online workouts will be released.
Mum's have all of September & October to complete all 5 workouts (in any order), register & submit your scores online.
Online qualifyer workouts can all be done in the comfort of your own gym.
It's definitely worth getting other Mum's to join you in a division that suits their ability.
No workout video submissions are required.
There are 12 divisions:
Beginner Open Age
Beginner 35-44yrs
Beginner 45-54yrs
Scaled Open Age
Scaled 35-44yrs
Scaled 45-54yrs
Intermediate Open Age
Intermediate 40yrs+
RX Open Age
RX 40yrs+
Masters 55-59yrs
Masters 60yrs+
In early November top qualifying Mum's will be invited to register for Fittest Mum Finals to be held at CrossFit Te Arawa - Rotorua - NZ on Saturday 13th of March 2027.
All Finalist athletes will receive a complimentary event T-Shirt, wooden participation medal, core-flute name plaque, an awesome days competition hosted by CrossFit Te Arawa in Rotorua
