The final championship game played for the season. Weather delayed final games for the women's handicap singles - but was completed recently. Congratulations to Carolyn Kopu for taking out the title in her first year at the Club. Well done Carolyn - and the well deserving runner-up, Kathy Webb

A huge thanks to the Burling family for their sponsorship of our last open tournament for the season. The Burling Open Charity Optional triples was held on Wed 25th March. Great competition and good to see a full field. The winners were Paul Graham, Jan McLeay and Andy Eastcott. Not only do the Burling family provide sponsorship but also great to see you all coming and playing - big thanks.
In addition $1,240.00 was raised for Hospice with a special thanks to Tom McKenzie for supplying and selling his produce

The final Championship tournaments for the season. Both the men's and women's fours were played over the weekend. The women's fours was won by Kathy Webb, Dawn Spackman, Jan McLeay and Jodene Moore. The men's fours was won by Brian Tregurtha, Paul Graham, Robert Corbett and Piet Nell. Both teams reclaim their titles from last years competition. Well done and congratulations.
The men's single final was also completed with Colin Rolfe retaining his single title with Barry Hannah a worthy runner-up. Congratulations.
