Youth girls pre-season training (U13, U15, U19) is cancelled this evening due to the weather. There is also no training next week, as school holidays begin next Friday - hooray!!

REGISTRATIONS CLOSE THIS SATURDAY
Make sure you complete your registration by Saturday 28th March to ensure you are placed in a team. U13, U15 and U19 girls teams will be confirmed next week, with younger teams being named mid-April.

If you have any questions, or know of friends who would like to join the club, please encourage them to get in touch.

TWO MORE YOUTH GIRLS PRESEASON SESSIONS

There are two more youth girls sessions remaining before we finish up for the holidays. The last session will be Thursday 26th March.
These sessions are not trials and they are not compulsory, just a chance to reconnect or experience our girls only environment before the season starts.

But remember, if you want to be placed in a team for the season, you must register with the club by March 28th.

FRIDAY FOOTBALL FUN!

It was wonderful to meet some new faces at our Lakes FC open day on Saturday. There are more opportunities for girls to get involved before the season gets underway.

This week is the first of two sessions for primary school aged girls.

So bring your friends and have some football fun on Friday!

Never played football? This is the perfect chance to have a go.

The Lakes FC U13 Girls Development Programme is a brand new initiative designed for girls who are looking for an extra challenge.

The programme runs alongside regular Saturday football, providing an additional weekly training opportunity for committed and motivated players who are keen to further develop their football skills.

BOP SECONDARY SCHOOLS FUTSAL CHAMPS

It was a successful day today for our local High School teams at the BOP Secondary School Futsal Championships.

Congratulations to JPC and Lakes High School, finishing 1st and 2nd in the junior girls, and to WHHS seniors who finished 2nd in the senior girls.
Best of luck to those teams travelling to Wellington for Nationals later in the month.

Pre-season training begins this week!

*U19s (Senior High School)*
*U15s (Junior High School)*
*U13 Girls (girls born 2013 & 2014)*

Pre-season is a fantastic opportunity to get moving again, sharpen your skills, build confidence, and reconnect with coaches and teammates ahead of the season. It’s also the perfect time to bring a friend along to give football a go — new faces are always welcome!
Pre-season sessions are FREE, but if you want to be placed in a team for the season you must register before March 28th.

LAKES FC U19 GIRLS PERFORMANCE TEAM TRIALS

Trials for the Lakes FC U19 Girls Performance Team are taking place Tuesday and Thursday next week. The Performance Team will be our most competitive team at this age level.

U19 GIRLS PERFORMANCE TEAM TRIALS
(Players born 2007 or younger)
-Tuesday 24th February
-Thursday 26th February
Time: 4.30pm
Venue: Puarenga Park

If you would like to be considered for this team please ensure you register for the trial at the following link.
