Hey Team,

After a lot of back and forth trying to sort out the issues with this page, we've made the call to move to a brand new one.
It's a bit gutting losing the years of photos, memories and reviews that lived here, but we move on.

Our legend Kano has entered the 200 club 🔥

Kano often gets his sessions done outside of staffed hours, but his commitment and consistency certainly don’t go unnoticed. He regularly comes in alongside his wife and son and we love that training has become something they can share as a family

It has been so awesome watching the progress he has made with both his strength and fitness. He continues to put in the work, challenge himself and grow with every session 🔥

On top of that, he is genuinely one of the sweetest guys and always such a pleasure to have around the club!

Kristie gives every session her absolute all and is always willing to push herself that little bit further 🔥 She never backs away from a challenge and consistently shows up ready to work hard

And when it comes to the pads… she is an absolute weapon 🥊💥

Her dedication, determination and effort never go unnoticed and reaching 100 visits is such a well-deserved milestone!

Gareth gives every session his absolute best and is always willing to push himself, even when he hates us a little bit for it in the moment 🤣

He might not always love the push, but he never backs away from it. He shows up, gets stuck in and gives everything a go every single time 🔥

His consistency, effort and commitment never go unnoticed and reaching 200 visits is such a well-deserved achievement
