We are a group of women that love to play Catchball.

Catchball is a womens' team sport played on a volleyball court but you "catch and pass" the ball and then throw it over the net. Easy to get started, great for women who have been out of sport or never played sport in the past. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

We have coached sessions every Friday where you learn the game, pick up new skills, and then get to apply these in a game situation that is "learning through doing" while suported by those who are playing alongside you. Every term we also hold 3 weeks of fun games where we mix it up and challenge ourselves a little more.
