Comp Results:

What an epic day it was to witness 3 members of our Snap Rolly Fam step out on stage and even better to see them all place!!

Kathryn took 1st in Bikini Tall and 2nd in Bikini Over 30.

Zsolt placed 2nd in Performance and 4th in Novice.

Ben took out 1st in Super Body.

Congratulations team, we are so proud and can't wait to see how your form improves come the next one!!

Best of luck to our very own PT Ben Smith, Kathryn Schat and Zsolt Gyurcsik as they prepare to hit the stage tomorrow.

The show starts at 12pm and is being hosted at Burnside high school with some tickets still available. Look forward to seeing many of you there supporting and seeing all our athletes hard work pay off.

Meet Alix
Alix has been a member with us for 4 months and trains with us twice a week with PT Ben.
Alix trains to get strong and for recovery after having a baby
Her favourite muscle group to train is legs and her favourite exercise is the leg extension 🦵 but her favourite piece of equipment is the battle ropes!

The most rewarding thing Alix has achieved whilst being a member at Snap is increased core strength and an improvement in her posture.
For Alix, knowing that she is not letting anyone else down, only herself is what motivates her to be consistent.
Finding time to eat enough while looking after a busy toddler has been the biggest struggle on her journey.
And the number 1 tip Alix has for anyone looking to start is “it’s hard at first but you’ll learn to love that!”

Way to go Alix, we look forward to seeing what 2021 brings together for you in the gym 💪🏻
