Fun, active, confidence-building sessions for kids aged 3–13.
A mix of combat sports and strength training, taught in a safe and supportive environment.

✅ Kids & Youth Judo (5–13 y/o) on Mon and Wed – learn throws, balance & discipline
✅ Girls Teen BJJ (10+ y/o) – confidence, skills & a strong girls-only space

Merry Christmas and Happy new year everyone.

Its been a big year. We've moved 1 gym and opened a new gym. 2x 3 day training camps. Hosted competitons. We've had first fights, championship fights, king in the ring, cage grappling, quintets, superfights, national wrestling tournaments, ADCC, prizegivings, gradings and more.

Along with that we've now built our space and our community where everyone can train, from 3 years and up, girls and boys, in all Combat Sports and develop into the athlete they want to be.
We have a culture where we train hard towards our goals but also don't lose sight of our wider team and community. Where we dont take ourselves too seriously but we take our training seriously. We have fun... because otherwise what's the point?

Thank you to all our Coaches, helpers, members, kids and parents. Without you this isn't possible.
