If you’ve been coming for a while and reaching for the same weights… This is your invitation to challenge those weights.

You might be ready if:

- Your form isn’t challenged across the set duration.
- You catch yourself thinking “I could go heavier”

Here’s the rule: You don’t need to last the whole set. Struggling halfway = stimulus. Dropping back down = fine.

The new effort should show, but the mechanics should stay. Your instructors will offer guidance, so you can test the edges, with control.

• Monday mornings now 5:30am & 6:30am
• NEW Monday 6:30pm class added
• Saturday 8am now Beginner friendly
• Sunday sessions now 8, 9 & 10am
