Hey everyone long time without a post!

As many of you know I haven't been active on this page in a long time because I studied and became a teacher. This choice was one of the best I have ever made but I have always had the itch to offer my services still. I have dabbled in training a few people online and now. I am in the position to offer some time up to take some people online.

There would be multiple options. Whether it be weekly video check-ins and programme updates, to monthly programmes.

This post is purely to see if there is any interest out there from you guys!

This here is Mike one of my clients.

When i started working with him he was extremely unhealthy. He had high blood pressure and extremely high visceral fat. We knew something had to change.

A few weeks ago i had my body audit done by . The results were interesting to say the least i think it is this reason ive got my motivation back for training!

These scans are great if you want to find out whats going on inside your body and condition of it then go and get one of these done.
