There hasn’t been a load of updates on the page, but don’t think that means nothings happening! I would go as far to say that loads is happening.
Quick details:
Diesel wanted a step back and he now has his very own 4yo rider and the very serious job of walking up and down the driveway building confidence 💪
Brandy has gone and got her very own child, they’re doing amazing & the updates I’ve received have been so cool. 😎
Dudley sold up country to be a very flash trekking horse 🤠
The opportunity came up for George and Sonny to be rehomed together, which is cool as they’re besties. They’re very spoilt shepherds hacks and I’ve heard they’re enjoying their new job🐂
Bowie also heads away to a new home some stage this coming week. I’ll miss his adorable wee face 🥹
Gorgeous tui is back in work building fitness getting ready to be listed for sale!! She’s come back into work without skipping a beat, some lucky kid is gonna be over the moon with this pony. 😍
My new ‘no name’ project horse continues to remind me why it was not expensive and advertised as a project. I foresee some serious miles together in our future… 😂
Seuss is definitely getting ready for the up and coming breeding season annnndddd I’m considering it being his last. I think he will make a spectacular gelding, and I recon we’d look cool doing the cavalcade together…. 🙈
Veronica is about 1 month away from foaling, she’s in foal to a golden strike X sj pony. I’m so excited to see what she produces! 🎉
I acquired a very adorable little mini mare for little riders, she needs some condition on but you know me, loads of time on my hands she’ll be feeling good in no time - I have extreme clipper hands but I think I’ll leave her fuzzy until this awful weather settles down. 😎
I got a random new addition, Harry - it was spontaneous pick up out of a paddock type situation, but he’s fitting into the riding school well and everyone’s really starting to enjoy him, even if he is a smidgen hot 🔥
Comet is choosing violence less and less very day which is great!! Huge relief, honestly. 😅😮💨
👎 I got a cute reminder that horses are horses when i received two back legs to the stomach from a horse, fortunately i was super close so just a couple of bruises, unfortunately I was a bit sick at the time and i did have to take a moment to sit on the ground and contemplate life. (not naming names, stuff happens - but I feel I have to say that it wasn’t comet though, haha)
Lulu is the size of a land whale. I’m not sure what my plans are this season but I’m definitely wanting to get out to a few treks (do able but not her forte) and keep up this cow girl thing (definitely not her forte, out of the question actually… ❌🤠)
Which leads me to Indiana who is still just the best horse ever, going in the riding program AND helping me work no name. We will be getting back out on the rodeo circuit before we know it… 🤠
Lastly, I’m looking for a few more lesson ponies/horses. Let me know what’s out there!! 😎
This is only half the story of what’s been going on but you get the rough idea - I’ve been keeping busy! 🙈
