🟢⚫ RECORD BREAKER ⚫🟢 A massive congratulations to Mitch Joynt on breaking the Auckland Para SM T64 100m Record at the Oceania Championships in Darwin last week! 👏🔥

⏱ New Record: 11.74 (+0.8)
🇳🇿 Also a new New Zealand Para SM T64 Record

Mitch broke his own previous Auckland Record of 11.82, set earlier in 2025. An incredible achievement on the international stage and a huge moment for Riverhead Athletics! 🌍🏃‍♂️

We’re incredibly proud to have Mitch representing Riverhead Athletics and continuing to achieve outstanding results at the highest level.

Our AGM is coming up on Sunday 24th May, and we’d love to see more of our club families involved as we start planning for the 2026/27 season.

At this stage, we have received:

• 2 Committee nominations

Riverhead Athletics is proudly volunteer-run, and every season relies on the support of parents and caregivers both on and off the field. Whether you can help in a small role, share a role with someone else, or simply attend the AGM, your support makes a huge difference.

No experience is needed, just a willingness to help support the club and our athletes 🟢⚫
