🔹 In this program, we focus on one key lift per week: Squats, Bench Press, Deadlifts, and Overhead Press. These essential compound movements are the backbone of any effective strength or conditioning routine. Mastering them is crucial for avoiding injuries and unlocking your full training potential! 💯
🔹 Sessions are very different to a circuit class or group fitness workout. We dive deep into the intricacies of correct lifting techniques, ensuring you learn the right way from the start. 💥
🔹 But that's not all! Each session includes specific warm-ups and assistance work tailored to each lift, maximizing your progress. Plus, our small group format (4-6 participants) guarantees individual attention and a personalised experience. 🙌
