♾️ Complete “As many rounds as possible” ♾️

Each round consists of:
⬆️ x10 Push Ups
➡️ x10 Crunches
⬇️ x10 Jumping Lunges
~
🤓 How it works,
~
♾️ Complete as many full rounds as possible
☝🏼 Every rep counts - even if the timer stops halfway through a round.
Finish on 3 crunches, 1 push up or 9 lunges? They all count!
⏱️ The challenge ends when the 3 minute timer expires.
🧐 Staff must observe and log all attempts.

💪 Fitness Tip of the Week – Treadmill Basics 💪

This week, Poppy is taking us through the basics of using the treadmill safely and confidently.

Whether you're new to the gym or haven't used a treadmill before, knowing how to set it up and use it correctly is a great place to start.

Poppy's top tips:
✅ Start with the treadmill stopped and position yourself safely
✅ Familiarise yourself with the speed and stop controls
✅ Start at a slow walking pace and gradually increase your speed
✅ Keep your eyes forward and maintain good posture
✅ Always use the safety clip and know where the emergency stop is
