Last week Mali took us through a session for our “TRAIN THE TRAINER” prize we had raffled off to support Diabetes Youth Nelson.

Thanks for winning the raffle and gifting it to Mali, she had a great time being the boss for once!!! 😅😅😅 Our muscles felt it for daaaays!!! 😭

Wow.. what an incredible response from our BodyPulse and F45 community in raising funds and awareness for Diabetes NZ and to support youth living with diabetes in the Nelson region. We are absolutely blown away by the support, every donation big or small has helped us reach our goal!! 💙🥹 So thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!

Our end of the day talley now sits at a whopping $3113.00!!! 🥹 You guys are honestly the best!!

TRAIN THE TRAINER for Diabetes NZ 💙

This November is Diabetes Awareness Month - and this one hits close to home for us.

Earlier this year, Hayley’s daughter was diagnosed with diabetes. Diabetes NZ supported her journey… and now we want to give back.

So we’re raffling off the chance to put your TRAINERS through a session 🥵
Yes. YOU get to decide the workout and push the button (supervised of course). We’ll wear the EMS suit. You watch us suffer. 😅

This is not only open to current members but ex-members, friends and family or anyone who has a vendetta against us (or a buck to donate)!!

🥇 AUGUST CHALLENGE WINNER 🥇

Well done to all who participated in our August challenge - 10k+ steps per day for the month of August!!

We had 3 members on the board at the end of the month with the full 31 days of 10,000 plus steps, so it came down to the highest step count!!

🙌 Congratulations to our winner ANNE SIMMONS with a phenomenal 505,458 steps for the month!! Even while on holiday she still managed to get in those much needed steps!!
Anne is an inspirational BodyPulser, regularly hiking with her friends and pup and following her husband around while he hunts all over the world!! 🌍 Anne even managed to clock up 23,248 steps in one day!! Over double our target!!
Her encouragement to anyone wanting to increase their step count “I’m 62 years old, if I can do it, YOU CAN TOO!!”

Well done also to our second place step count Kirsten Lineham who came in close with a whopping 491,428 steps and our third place stepper, Kim Howat who did an amazing 390,428 steps for the month!! 🤯🤯

Great job to all for increasing your movement for the month, your body will love you for it!! 🤩🤩
