Hey! It's so exciting that you’re feeling ready to move your body after having your baby. 🥳
You’re welcome at Kangatraining anywhere from 6 weeks post vaginal birth or 12 weeks post c-section birth.

There are so many reasons you might not come to Kangatraining. But so many more reasons why you should!
No baby carrier?! No worries 😉 We have carriers available for hire for use in class. All Kangatrainers are trained in the best babywearing practices to ensure the safety and comfort of you and your baby 👶🏻! All hire carriers are washed and carefully inspected after each use!
Babywearing safety is of utmost importance during Kangatraining. Due to the level of movement & physical activity, there are particular babyweaing requirements we must adhere to, to ensure the safety of both mums & bubs during class. All carriers must meet the T.I.C.K.S. guidelines:
💜 Tight.
💜 In view at all times.
💜 Close enough to kiss.
💜 Keep chin off the chest.
💜 Supported back.
Carriers must also support the baby’s natural sitting position (M-position - hip to knee) and be worn facing you in the carrier, placed either on your front or on your back.

Kangatraining is a babywearing postnatal workout focused on strengthening the muscles which can get stretched during pregnancy (especially the transverse abdominis and pelvic floor) and improving posture. It is a low impact, full body workout and one which allows mums to be with their babies while improving their health and fitness level, as we wear our babies for most of the workout in safe baby carriers (which allow proper development of the hips, spine and appropriate head support).
