Shout out to FourB - Bike Hire and Tours today when we had a bit of a oopsie Ax learned why we don't jump up onto concrete curbs 🤦‍♀️ he popped not only his tube but ripped his tyre as well. Cue a hori repair at huka falls carpark and a limp up to craters carpark. New tyre and tube installed and we were on our way again.
Great to come across these local businesses who just fixed it on the spot and trusted us to come back and pay. Highly recommend the whole friendly team they were all awesome!

Such a great day yesterday helping out at Reporoa College with their rugby fun day. We had over 70 boys and girls turn up for skills, drills and games.
Fit you in had a stretching station, where I was able to take the kids through some mobility stretches and static stretches, teaching them the difference and the importance of both.
It was a great initiative and a lot of thought went into the prep for the day thanks to Gareth from Copems LTD who thought it all up and made some amazing training aides and props for the day.
We had BOP sports and Sam Cane taking stations as well, along with a heap of parents.
It is so great to see a community come together to support us, and fantastic to see so many girls showing an interest!!
Watch this space for Reporoa College U14s rugby team next season!!!

Finally ticked off one of my wishlist trips. The Timber trail was a great experience!! Fun times with great company. Challenging both physically and mentally (I am not a fan of suspension bridges) The ride was amazing, birdlife incredible and the overnighter at Camp Epic was fantastic! If you are thinking about doing the trip I can't recommend this team highly enough. The campground everything you could want - the showers were hot (view from the shower is gorgeous) kitchen is superbly equipped and the campfire was so toasty.
82km of our beautiful backyard over 2 days done and dusted 😀 As tired as I was I did think during the last 5km I actually don't want this to end.
We will be back for sure!

Finding ourselves in covid jail earlier this week my initial thoughts were:

Lucky enough to have access to our school pool this summer. Love it when the WavePlus student becomes the coach and a coach becomes the student.
I love learning new skills especially when my 11 year old can explain how and why to do it.
Next level breaststroke, trying out butterfly and having a bucketful of fun with fins on.

Kids are back at school and calves are coming thick and fast!

Fit You In women's fitness classes are now on Monday and Thursday's at 1pm **watch this space for PILATES on a Wednesday 👀**

Bums and Tums with a cardio burn finisher today, then stretching and recovery afterwards.
Thursdays class is going to be a fun filled cardio session with loads more mobility and stretching.
