Times are as follows.
Mondays & wednesdays 6 - 7am

Tuesdays & Thursdays 5.30 - 6.30pm

Hi to all good people of Marlborough. Hope you are all keeping safe. Kaha fitness will be able to resume once we go to level 2. Now would be a good time to get back into fitness and stay healthy.

Itll be good to gauge interest of who would like to join or try a few classes when we reopen in 3 weeks. Feel free to message me for any Info and also to keep up to date regarding the reopening.
