Festival of Hockey training has been cancelled tonight (Wednesday) due to weather.
We’ll look to run a training Saturday morning to make up for this.

Due to lower than expected interest we are keeping registrations for the Selwyn / North Canterbury Festival of Hockey open for one more week - now closing on 14th August.
We are in particular looking for Year 7 girls, Year 9/10 girls, year 8 boys and year 9/10 boys.

Time is running out to register your interest in playing, coaching or umpiring in the Selwyn North Canterbury Festival Hockey coming up in September.
Registrations close at the end of July (Wednesday!!!)
Unfortunately this is NOT something you can sign up to be involved in later. The registrations that come in on time will determine the structure of the teams and the tournament format so if you don't put your name down now there will likely not be a place for you in a team.
We'd particularly like to see some more registrations from Cinema-Kaiapoi Hockey Club and anyone from the Hurunui Hockey Club

The Selwyn / North Canterbury Festival of Hockey returns to MainPower Hockey Turf this September. This is a fantastic opportunity for young hockey players from across North Canterbury to further develop their skills playing with new team mates and under different coaches against teams from Selwyn.
We're looking for North Canterbury based players from years 6-10 to register for this event NOW! ALL players in this age range are invited to register irrespective of your skills or experience - these are development teams so players will be drawn at random from all those registered and WILL NOT be selected via trials.
If you live in North Canterbury and play for Rangiora Hockey Club, Hinemoa Kaiapoi Hockey Club or the new Hurunui Hockey Club you are invited to register for the Festival NOW!
