He had his first bout a few weeks ago as the main event on the Sledgehammer show where he lived up to his name, stood on business and came away with the win. In just under 4 weeks time, he will be looking to repeat the result under the bright lights!

His opponent is Paea “THE TONGAN THOR” Fifita out of WBKC gym. He comes into this bout with a record of 2-0, beating 2 good opponents and doing it well in the process. He’s had an active year so far and is building momentum, the only thing on his mind is getting the win on September 12!

Elijah Ngakaho is making the trip down from Wellington to make his boxing debut on the Saints card and will be cornered by Saints Boxing coach Cody on the night. An aggressive fighter with a big frame and long reach makes for a tricky puzzle to solve. He’s not coming all this way for second place!

In the opposite corner is the well skilled Toko “THE HITMAN” Hapuku. Trained by Ford Gerbes out of Fight Fit Fitness, their fighters have been on a roll lately and THE HITMAN is no different. Picking up a good win over the weekend, he’ll be wanting to make that 2-0 come September 12!
