You don't even have to run beforehand to earn your beer, but bonus points to those who do.

We are excited to have Alyssa Garrett perform for us on Sunday from 4pm to 6pm!!!

Alyssa is an extremely talented vocalist in the Rangiora High School music programme. She says she has had a passion for music and performance all her life, and loves to put that passion into her songs. Alyssa has put together a setlist of great songs which also includes a couple of her own compositions!!! She can't wait for you to hear them. We can't wait to hear them too!!!

Today our Good Trotters were out in force at Pegasus parkrun but only one was celebrating the massive milestone of 250. Congratulations to Nick Drinnan on an amazing achievement and here's to the next 250.

Last weekend we had three teams run in road relay race at Bottle Lake. It was a great day out with two if our teams making it on to the podium. Thanks team, keep up the good work.
