Maniototo Adventure Park

Maniototo Adventure Park Home to ice skating, summer and winter luge, and indoor and outdoor curling in the Maniototo. We host the only ice luge in the Southern Hemisphere.

Operating Hours - We are a winter seasonal business (approx. June to August) operating, subject to weather, 3pm to 5.30pm weekdays (not including holidays) and 10am to 5pm weekends and holidays. It is always worth getting in touch to check that we are open, as our hours are weather dependent. We can open at other times, including evenings, by arrangement. Give us a call.

🌟 Behind every successful Nationals is a team of people working quietly and consistently to keep the competition running.

Curling Australia would like to sincerely thank our Chief Umpire, Technical Delegate, officials, icemaking team and the team at Maniototo Adventure Park for their contribution across both National Championship weeks in May 2026.

Across the Men’s, Women’s and Mixed Doubles Nationals, their work helped ensure our athletes had a well-managed competition environment and quality playing conditions throughout the events.

These roles are essential to our sport, and we are grateful for the time, care and commitment they brought to Nationals this year.

Thank you for helping make the May 2026 Australian National Championships possible.

The time has come!! Grab your skates and come on up for a skate at the Maniototo Adventure Park! We are open from 3pm - 6pm tomorrow (Wednesday), 3pm-5pm Thursday and 3pm until 7-30pm on Friday this week❤️ ⛸️ 🏒. We will update weekend hours shortly - so watch this space, but there will be public skating on Saturday afternoon and Sunday.
