We are delighted to share that our Rakaia Ladies Team has been crowned the 2026 New Zealand National Teams Champion.

Congratulations to the team on this outstanding achievement and a fantastic performance throughout the competition. This is a well-deserved result, and we are incredibly proud to see Rakaia representing our region so successfully on the national stage.

Very exciting news. In May Sally Smith, Sue Martin, Freda Bierema & Bev Sutherland represented Rakaia in the National teams played at Timaru. They came away with a win which was fantastic. Their score was then submitted into NZ golf & today it was announced they have come away with the NZ NATIONAL TEAMS TITLE beating Manawatu by 1 point. Congratulations girls this is such an amazing result.
