👉🏼 Let’s talk manifestation for a sec 🌬️

The one single most powerful question I have learned to ask myself - and it’s resulted in me meeting my most truest version of self, motherhood, finances, body transformation and meeting the man who truly is my person.

All other shifts in between the lines have simply been side effects of me taking ongoing, inspired action based on this one question. 🪐

The question is a simple shift away from asking for what you want to asking; WHO DO I NEED TO [BE]COME in order to receive and hold my desires?

Also, cultivating a deep and authentic trust in the process and surrender to ‘time’. It’s never about time but about alignment which is the direct result of the above question embodied.

Shadow doesn’t exist without light.

Stop looking for all the ways to ‘fix’ s**t that’s not broken. You are n o t broken.

Instead, let’s focus our energy on upping the dial of light. Knowing that the shadows thrown are meant to be there and we have what it takes to hold them.

Beautiful things 🦋

My love for beauty is not rooted in materialism but in pure admiration of how the sun reflects on a surface, of the earthly process and the making of a piece of art, the memory I get to keep after an experience or moment shared with a loved one or the feeling of wholeness I get to feel when I am finding my body in a space that is in vibrational alignment to my soul.

I see beauty because I look for it.
