5 Weeks & 5 Kilos ⬇️💥

My amazing bikini prep client absolutely killing her second prep!

This is our first time prepping and executing a fat-loss phase together, but here’s some things to know 👇

- We’ve worked together for over 12+ months prior
- We’ve spent ALL of our time together prior outside of a deficit.
- We addressed any health imbalances prior to beginning prep
- She spent 2 years improving her food flexibility
- She’s a mumma and full time worker who priorities her goals no matter what the season!

All of these efforts have allowed us to build the perfect base for her 24 week prep! You can never have enough time in your “off season”.

The hard work is already shining through 🥺✨🚀.

Fat-loss phase completed ✅ - and now we reverse! 🔄

What you don’t see in these photos? 8 months of building muscle and increasing metabolic health BEFORE transitioning into this seamless deficit phase. That’s where the real work was done - physically AND mentally!

There was also plenty of fun events and work trips requiring travel while still reaching these results! 💥

Getting lean doesn’t require painful amounts of restriction and cardio if you do things the smart & sustainable way! That’s what we help our clients achieve through coaching 🤌🏼📈✨

This is just the beginning of what we have been able to achieve with 6-weeks of programming!

Lydia is a mumma of THREE with a past passion for fitness! Since becoming a mum, fitness goals and expectations have looked a little different but she’s had an itch she’s wanted scratch - So here we are! 💥

We’ve done nothing extreme, just started with introducing reachable protocols and building that positive momentum!

We are now focused on increasing her food intake and training intensity to get her metabolism in a great place before we move towards the next goal🎯.

Exactly why you shouldn’t solely rely on the scales to track your progress! ⚖️✌🏽

Scales are a great tool to help us track and measure progress IF used correctly ✅.
This means not only combining it with other forms of data eg. photos, measurements, but also looking at your week to week biofeedback!

HOW DO YOU ACTUALLY FEEL?!? Not just physically, but MENTALLY! ❤️💭

How does our quality of life look?

During ’s reverse phase post show, we actually focused on removing the data quite early on and shifting the focus onto her habits, quality of training and life OUTSIDE the gym!

On the scales she’s the same weight as where she was when we began prep, but composition wise looks significantly leaner and tighter 👌🏽.

Now it’s time to build that 2026 bikini shape 🔨👀.

Remember.. what you see - the glitter, glamour and bikinis…

it’s for ONE day! 👙💎✨

As bikini athletes, we spend MOST of our time actually outside of a calorie deficit! Mainly in a surplus, intentionally gaining weight in order to make physique improvements for the next time we step on stage.

The amount of time it takes to fully recover from a 6 month prep is a minimum of 16 weeks at its best! You pay back your interest on your body and health, and while doing so, our bodies kinda look worse before they look normal again - catch me in a baggy tee for 4 months post show 😂.

What makes a healthy off season is: restoring healthy body fat levels, enjoying a social life balance, lifestyle flexibility and being more relaxed with food! This doesn’t mean you need to go gain 20kg, but it also doesn’t mean you need to stay as lean as possible and treat life like a prep either!

Every season matters! The same applies if you’re just wanting to change your body composition for life.

When Meesha and I first spoke about her fitness goals, we came to the agreement that we would approach this goal hard and fast! Get in, get OUT! 💨

There are multiple different approaches you can take to achieve results, but the BEST one is one that actually works for the unique individual!

Some people respond best to subtle change, and some people thrive off the quick ‘buy in’ of fast paced progress. Either way, it’s going to come down to overall adherence and sustainability!

While we have taken an aggressive approach, we also have our weeks clearly mapped out in advance of when to push and when to pull back (refeeds & diet breaks).

This is what has been achieved while dieting on over 1800+ calories! 💥

I can’t wait to see where the end of this phase takes her! ✨

HUH!? We achieved this under 12 weeks??!! 🤯💥

When Alex came to me about her health and fitness goals, she was feeling S-T-U-C-K! Confused as to why she was always working so hard in the gym but never really saw the results that matched the consistency or effort.

She ate healthy but still couldn’t seem to shift more than a kg or two without suffering through unsustainable habits.

Alex felt confused.. and honestly, this is SO many women’s reality!

Within less than 12 weeks we’ve been able to fast track more progress than what she’s seen on her own through years of training.

“OFF SEASON” SHAPES ⏳👌🏽

Jan 2025 ➡️ November 2025

Around 10kg ⬆️ from her stage weight and 6 months post show.

Same weight on the scales in both photos but different shape/body composition for .vx.fit 🔥!

During this improvement season Daph has had plenty of obstacles: 6 weeks overseas, ongoing sickness, navigating life outside of prep etc - it’s not until we take a step back that we notice how every little effort still adds up!

Things we have been working on recently is incorporating LESS macro tracking but pre planning 2 meals a day, pushing training quality and actually L-I-V-I-N-G life beyond bodybuilding.

Without having lifestyle balance OUTSIDE of prep, it’s hard to go “all in” into the next with a full cup and give 100%. ALL seasons matter, they just look different!

It’s called body BUILDING for a reason - off season are where the improvements are made! ✅
