Today we stood quietly in the dark at the dawn service in Queenstown, alongside our community, reflecting on the meaning of ANZAC Day.
At 6:30am, as the first light crept over the mountains, we honoured the courage and sacrifice of those who served, remembering the soldiers of the Gallipoli landing who faced the unknown at dawn on April 25, 1915. There’s something powerful about starting the day this way—still, respectful, and united—carrying forward the spirit of resilience and mateship that defines both our history and how we show up for each other today.
From all of us at Canyoning New Zealand, we remember. 🌺
