We want to give a MASSIVE member shout out to 15 year old for his accomplishment competing in his first CrossFit comp this weekend at the Clang’n’Bang🔥🔥🔥

Brooklyn came 4th overall in his category, and achieved a PB 50kg snatch👏👏👏

Brooklyn first joined us as part of our Teens Classes when he was 14 years old. Recently Brooklyn joined our adult classes, and he is killing it🤩 He shows up to each class with a great attitude and gives 💯 percent effort every time!

We are so proud of you Brooklyn, and are inspired by your love and passion for CrossFit💗 Good luck at this weeks National Qualifiers champ👊

We want to do a MASSIVE shout out to one of our amazing members Anne
Anne is a regular at lunch time and never turns up with a negative attitude! Anne’s passion for fitness and to maintain a healthy lifestyle is out of this world!!!
Anne turns 67 years young on Sunday and her goal was to be able to lift her age, and she exceeded her expectations and deadlifted 75kgs this morning
We love having you as the gym mum Anne and we love seeing your progress day in and day out ❤️
