INTRODUCING: Advanced Strength & Conditioning 🔥
This is an online programme I’ve had in the pipeline for a little while, but after successfully smashing the 6 week strength programme, some of you asked for more, so here it is!
But what is it?
Advanced Strength and Conditioning is an online programme designed to maximise your potential in the gym through progressive strength training and supplementary conditioning. Sessions have a different focus each day and are designed to give you structure, accountability, and push you more than you would push yourself.
You can complete this whenever and wherever you like (as long as you have the right equipment 😅), and can follow the programme for whatever duration suits you (minimum one month).
