That stopped them from making real progress.

So this here is your reminder gents.

Just some tips to help you or anyone out there to be more mindful of your eating habits.

It’s easy to fall into bad ones.

But it’s going to help you so much in your fitness journey to really work on ensuring you create better ones!

I thought the song title went well with this one! Don’t give in. Start working on your eating habits.

You may not realise how much little snacks here or there add up in the evening.

You may not realise that your dehydration is actually making you over eat.

Take a look at your habits and see if there is something that you should be stopping.

Is case you wondered …

What’s in the cupboards at my work for my food throughout the week.

Smoothie - blend all of the stuff together. Easy.

Post Work Out - Occasionally rice pops and a shake
But my go to ?
Apple, PB+J sandwich and 3 salami sticks (maybe the full pack if I’m hungry 😆)

Lunches - prepped meals from the weekend. Usually the classic - chicken, veggies and Sweet Po-tay-toes. (Kumra for you Kiwi followers 😉)

I keep it simple. I enjoy it. It keeps my food nutritious and it’s got all I need in a meal.
Protein, carbs, fibrous veggies. Good fats from the oil I used to cook the 🍠 in. If I want more god fats, I’ll chuck in some 🥑.
+ some peri-peri mayo for extra flavour.

Snacks - mixed nuts, tuna on rice cakes, yoghurt.

Here we F**kin go!!!

Online client Mark is back!! And damn did he show up.

But let’s rewind a moment… ⏮️

When Mark first came to me, he was out of shape, lost, had no real ‘drive’ but wanted to get back to a decent fitness level.

Going through the years he grew in confidence and became committed — not just to looking better, but to becoming the best version of himself.
We completed his first photoshoot last year and he did superb. Stepped out of his comfort zone and got it done.

Fast forward to today… we’ve just recently wrapped up his 2nd photoshoot and the results speak for themselves:

✅ More definition
✅ More muscle
✅ A leaner, stronger, more confident man than ever before

The difference between this shoot and the last?
It’s not just the training plan or nutrition tweaks… it’s the consistency, trust in the process, and relentless effort he’s put in week after week.

And let me tell you, he put in the work.

The result? A physique that turns heads, but more importantly, a mindset that will keep pushing him forward.

It has been a pleasure coaching you Mark. You should be damn proud of yourself.
