Hi ladies, Oz is back so that means we have two WSD sessions coming up!

This Thursday 28th July and next Thursday, 4th August 6.00-7.30pm. The workshops will carry on from where we left off. We will spend time on striking and managing women specific scenarios such as grabs and holds. $25 for one workshop or $40 for two. Let us know if you can make it!

In consultation with our last group Women's Self Defense ladies, we have come up with a brand new format that we are excited to launch! We will continue to hold our workshops on a Saturday afternoon (so you don't have to miss out on watching your kids play sport!), but we will be adding an extra session to be held on the Tuesday evening prior. You will get to spend time going over the striking, kicking and any other techniques that will be needed for the workshop on Saturday. This means that you will get more time to use the techniques in practical application, giving you a more realistic session and overview.

You will learn security tips and strategies with a view to minimizing the likelihood of violence. As well as self defense, there will be a focus on eliminating threats to you, your family and your home.

Cost for non members is $45 pp OR $70 for two people

Our Women's only Self Defense workshop has been confirmed for Saturday 12th June from 1.00pm to 3.30pm.
The good news is that after the workshop we’re going to have tea and biscuits available (the good ones even).

You will learn security tips and strategies with a view to minimizing the likelihood of violence. As well as self defense, there will be a focus on eliminating threats to you, your family and your home.

Cost for non members is $45 pp OR $70 for two people
Cost for members is $35 pp

High demand means there are no more ambassador slots available.

Hello all, our trial for our Rehab+ class went really well and we will be continuing on Monday at 5pm for the rest of the term! Classes will be designed from years of experience with helping people recover from injuries, managing different conditions and beginner exercisers. On Saturday 29th May from 1.00 - 3.30pm we will be running an intensive workshop that covers the best options on how to deal with a home invasion. $40 per person or two for $60!
