Member Shoutout to Mel Scott

When Mel first started, she was pretty nervous around the weights — and to be honest, she still gets nervous sometimes. But with a little encouragement, consistency, and willingness to keep showing up, she has built so much confidence and strength over the last couple of years.

She might not be lifting the biggest weights in the gym, but that doesn’t matter. Mel pushes herself, moves better every week, and keeps proving to herself that she is capable of more than she thinks.

That’s what real progress is all about.

TEENS STRENGTH & CONDITIONING – TERM 2

Looking to help your teen get stronger, fitter, and more confident?

Our Fortitude Teens Program is designed to build:
✔ Strength
✔ Fitness
✔ Confidence
✔ Healthy habits for life

Whether they play sport or are just getting started, this is a supportive environment where they can learn proper technique, train safely, and have fun with others their age.

📅 Term 2 starts: 20th April
🕓 Sessions: Monday & Wednesday – 4:30–5:15pm

Led by experienced coaches, this program focuses on movement quality, strength development, and building confidence both in and out of the gym.
