After 11 incredible years of creating a supportive, safe, and inclusive space for our community, it's time to close our doors.

We've cherished every moment spent with you, from learning the importance of nutrition to the friendships forged along the way as you workout!

We were more than just a gym; we took immense joy in witnessing our members learn to embrace exercise, gain confidence in their fitness journeys, build strength, lose weight, and rehabilitate. We feel privileged to have been a part of your transformations and to have supported you every step of the way.

Thank you for your unwavering support, your recommendations, and all the laughter we've shared. Your presence has made this journey unforgettable.

We would also like to take a moment to thank the trainers that have supported our members over the years as well. Lisa & Hira.. you both brought vibrancy and joy to our clients before Covid and we are excited you have both continued in the fitness industry sharing your enthusiasm.

Kelly, whom joined us only recently and brought her love of movement without impact through Mat Pilates both In Studio and Online - enjoy your building career Kelly, we look forward to seeing you continue to soar and thank you for everything you’ve done for our members.

Karen - you’ve been a member and a trainer for years and have constantly been there alongside our members leading them through workouts and as a member supporting us through thick and thin - we thank you for everything you’ve done for all of us

Starting a fitness regime can be daunting - especially if it has been a while since you have been active or in a gym - but thats where we at Bodyblast come into our own!

Meet Kaila who has now been with us for a month. We thought it was a great time to check in on how she was going and ask a few questions

❓How did you feel walking into the Studio for the first time?
"Walking into the studio for the first time I felt a little nervous but everyone was so lovely and I quickly felt comfortable with both Kate and Cherie"

❓How did you feel after your first class?
"I felt great after my first class! I was proud of myself for getting back into exercise and I was glad I made the commitment!"

❓What was it about our 9am sessions that made you decide that we were the place for you to build on your fitness
"The 9am classes work great for me as I’m able to bring my daughter and it worked well for both of our routines. I knew I would be able to make the session work even if the night before had been rough with my daughter’s sleep!"

❓What do you like about the classes?
"My favourite thing about the classes is not having to plan anything! I love turning up being told what to do and getting it done! Also the 30 minute express classes are great for my busy lifestyle "

❓ What is your favourite 9am class and why?
"My favourite 9am class is Mondays Meta class. I feel like this class pushes me to give my all and I always walk away feeling like I’ve put in 100% effort"

❓ What advice would you give to someone wanting to get back into exercise and movement but too shy to make that first step?
"I know it can be daunting jumping back into exercise but the moment you do you’ll be happy you did! This last month since joining Body Blast I have felt better about myself mentally and physically than I have in a long time! I think it’s important to take time for yourself to move your body, stay active and enjoy yourself while doing it! "
