“I help people become stronger, fitter and more independent through personalised training built around their goals and lifestyle.

My approach is evidence-based, focusing on movement quality, structured progression and long-term results.

Having played multiple sports while juggling study, work and everyday life, I know how hard it can be to fit training into a busy schedule.

Whether you’re new to the gym, working towards a specific goal, or returning from injury, I’m here to help you train with purpose and confidence while keeping it fun and sustainable.”

Hot Stone Saunas can help support recovery, muscle relaxation, stress reduction, circulation and better sleep - plus, it’s a pretty good excuse to take a moment for yourself 🤍

Before you jump in, remember the rules:
🧖 Towel must be used at all times
👙 Togs or activewear must be worn
💧 Water bottles only - no food or other drinks
📵 No phone use when others are in the sauna
🔞 Minimum age 16+
🧼 Please leave it clean for the next person

Hot Stone Sauna access is included with Flex Plus and Premium memberships. If you’d like to find out how to upgrade your membership to add sauna access, Send us a DM and we’ll get you sorted!
