You may have already seen Taylor around our other Selwyn clubs training or working on reception, and we’re excited to have her now working as a Personal Trainer here at Prebbleton.

A little bit about Tay 🤍⤵️

“I have a passion for helping everyday people build confidence, improve their fitness, and achieve their goals. My aim is to make training approachable, enjoyable, and sustainable for everyone.

With a background in equestrian sports I understand the unique physical demands that sport can have on the body. I’m here to help improve strength, stability, mobility, and overall performance.

Whether you’re stepping into a gym for the first time, looking to improve your athletic performance, or wanting to become a stronger and healthier version of yourself, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
