Part two! After picking up our basics and boring black pieces ofcourse we went straight for the most perfect pink. Pink-Rose! Isnt she beautiful 🫶🏼

So naturally we grabbed the pacer 3, flow sports bra and flow scoop neck tank as these will mix and match with our current capsule wardrobe so well 💛🩷🤎🖤

A trip to got me sorted with some new Gel-Kayano 33 🏃🏼‍♀️⚡️🙌🏼🛍️ Looking back I should of made the trip back in January when buying shoes. See I had the grand idea that this was the year i got back into running consistently after 8 odd years off and having two kids. And to be honest I’ve paid for it with injury that stubborn old me just pushed through the pain on as I didn’t want to admit I need to spend more money on another pair of shoes.

Fast forward and we have been well looked after by the awesome Nelson team and my feet are thanking me already. Worth every penny.

I’ve learnt that rest isn’t a reward, it’s a necessity.

And sometimes this is not just important for the physical body but the mind too. Today that looked like slowing down and spending time with some wonderful girlfriends, enjoying a Level 1 reformer Pilates session together, followed by a sauna and cold plunge recovery session.
No productivity goals. No multitasking. Parking the worries of the world for a hot second. Just movement, connection, recovery, and the chance to refill my own battery in the right now.

Are you serious!! 🎀 💗⚡️🏃🏼‍♀️ My family absolutely spoilt me with these very pink very Edee .your.run running glasses! They are even more pretty in real life and I can’t wait to wear them for our run over the weekend.
