Previous Wim Hof Breathwork experience & regular cold water immersion is a prerequisite - either a fundamentals workshop with us or other experience online etc (please contact us to check). The workshop is a full day held at our studio at Kina Beach. While previous experience is required, participants will have choices during the workshop to enable you to work to your own level of challenge/exposure.

Tim is a level 2 certified Wim Hof Method Instructor, he's also trained in other breathwork modalities like XPT and Conscious connected breathwork; as a practicing chiropractor he's hands on everyday with a wealth of experience in the health world.

I believe one of the most powerful things you can do is to befriend your body - through movement, through breath, through awareness - we learn about ourselves, expand our possibilities, find new strategies, and inevitably change the way we experience the world.

Yoga starts back this week - Thursday 9.30am-10.45am, held at our studio on Kina Beach Rd, Open Level. Classes are a blend of somatics, strength, mobility, breath, relaxation.

Yoga - because that's where my practice started almost 30 years ago as a child/teen in my mum's yoga studio; but I draw inspiration from other practices I've studied and teachers I've had, so my classes blur the lines with a traditional practice.

Just a short break this year - we'll be back on board from the 3rd of January. Yoga and Breathwork are taking a longer break - classes start back February.

Wishing everyone a safe Christmas season - and some fun/rest/quiet/connection - whatever it is you need! 🍓🍒🫐☀️ And a special thought for those we know are in a time of grief or difficulty 💚

In a rut, having a bad day, mind racing, can't get to sleep...?
