Never really been a runner but keen to start? Used to run, but it’s been a while? Already running but need a bit of motivation, structure or good humans around you?
This one’s for you.
Coach Mahana and Coach Lauren are bringing Run Club back for a 6-week block, starting Sunday 7 June.
Fun, low-pressure and built for all levels - runners, walkers, beginners, comeback kids and anyone who just wants some fresh air and good company on a Sunday morning.
Each session kicks off with a guided warm-up before heading out for a 40-minute run or walk.
