Flair - Fitness and Wellbeing Provides personalised health and wellbeing advice and programming for women of all ages and abilities

My name is Emily Piper and I currently work as a self-employed Personal Trainer doing in-home and gym-based (at Revolve Fitness, Tawa) personal training sessions. I have been in the fitness and health industry for over 13 years now as a Group Fitness Instructor and then began Personal Training about 9 years ago. I have loved the opportunities this have given me in meeting so many lovely, determine

d people and more so seeing these individuals achieving their goals through hard work and dedication. I have received my Bachelor of Health Science (Sport and Exercise) and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Exercise Science through Massey University in Wellington, and I am grateful for the knowledge and experience. I specialise in a range of training outcomes such as;
• Weight loss
• Improving cardiorespiratory fitness
• Muscle strengthening/toning
• Sport-specific training
• Rehabilitation (Injury and illness)
• Improving overall quality of life (especially in the elderly)

I want to start by sharing Tessa's incredible experience with the challenge. She started the challenge at just over 2-months postpartum (with twins!). She has gained so much strength, which is incredible on it's own! But with 2 little bubbas and a toddler in tow, I am in awe 😍

The silly season doesn’t have to throw your health off-track - join our 4-Week Holiday Hustle and keep feeling strong, energised and confident while still enjoying the festive fun!
