Hey guys its been awhile but next weekend I am getting a group together to do the Hakarimata Summit track in Ngaruawahia.
Going to leave Saturday Morning 5th November, thats next weekend. Just trying to sus out some numbers first then I can give you a meet up place and we can car pool from there. Expected to be back by lunch time.

Hi everyone just to let you know that I am taking some time off from doing my Bootcamp as I am doing a personal training course. I know my communication hasn't been up to scratch in any way but by the time I have done this I will be alot more organized and motivating and be ready to help make some bigger changes. Keep up the healthy eating and fitness and see ya soon.

Hey guys absolutely awesome workout tonight. Great to see you all giving it everything. Keep this effort up and I promise you will get amazing results in no time. A few things to keep your mind on is what you eat and what it's doing to your body, stretch everyday even for 10-15 minutes and try to do a few sessions of exercise during the week. Watching your food is no1. Look forward to seeing you all next week.

http://www.roundthebays.co.nz/ come on everyone lets do it. There was a few of us that did it last year but I want more of us. There should be no excuses. I don't care how unfit you think you are, you have to start somewhere so this is what our training is going to be all about for the next 5 weeks. You need to sign up today or tomorrow or the price goes up from $22 to $32. Trainings will be $5. This is a new year old NO EXCUSES. See you all Wednesday.

Heya guys I can't make bootcamp tomorrow night as I am getting my car fixed. I will be taking a sand dune training Saturday morning. If anyone is interested please message me.
Don't think dune training will be to hard for you, I will adapt it according to your fitness and ability level.
