Some athletic and footwork training tonight.

Nothing beats sweats to good beats.

Kia ora e te whanau,

I hope you all have had a great break over the school holidays and are now looking for to term 4 training.

It has more sun, and opportunities to train outside so bring your running shoes and a drink bottle with you, oh and a hat.

I will see you all tonight back and ready to train for the gains.

Tarkwon,

KJN Rana

🥋🎤 NEW TO LEGION: INSTRUCTOR SPOTLIGHT!

We see our instructors teaching every week... but how well do we actually know them? 👀😂

We're starting a brand new Legion Instructor Spotlight series, where we're putting our instructors in the hot seat and letting our Legion members ask the questions!

Each round, our participating instructors go onto the wheel and one is chosen completely at random. 🎡

And the questions?

Anything goes! 🤣

Taekwon-Do, favourite food, funny stories, completely random questions... whatever you've always wanted to ask!

So we loaded up the wheel and spun for our very first Instructor Spotlight...

🥁🥁🥁

MR AARON K! 🎉🤣

Legion members, got a question for Aaron?

👇 Drop it in the comments
💬 Send us a private message
📧 Or email it through to the club

We'll put a selection of your questions to him for our very first Legion Instructor Spotlight.

We can't wait to see what you come up with! 🥋

Kia ora Team,

Just a reminder that there will be no training tonight, as I am away this weekend.

We will be back at it this coming Tuesday.

We are very fortunate to have the support of our Legion Taekwon-Do Instructors, seniors and members as we show our respect and gratitude to Grandmaster Jamie Moore who made today memorable, with his passion and skill for teaching Taekwon-Do.

To have someone of Grandmaster Moore's experience and standing imparting his knowledge and passion is such an honour.
