💨 Breathing during a big lift isn't an afterthought. It's part of the lift.
Take a big breath in before you lift. Brace your core hard. Hold it through the hardest part. Breathe out as you complete the movement.
It creates intra-abdominal pressure that protects your spine under load.
A belt can help, but only if you already know how to brace without one. 💪
