A couple of our members enjoyed a morning with Nick Dawe of Aotearoa Boat Company recently. They loved test driving the RowSUP, found them really easy to manage and loved their portability.

We’re absolutely delighted to receive a $5,000 grant towards the coordination of our Community Rowing Programme.

At Picton Rowing Club, it’s not just about getting boats on the water — it’s about getting people on the water. 🚣‍♀️🚣‍♂️

From our youngest learners to our lifelong rowers, Come & Try sessions, Learn to Row programmes, regular coastal rows, social adventures, racing and everything in between, we love creating opportunities for people to be active, have fun, make friends and be part of our rowing whānau.

Rātā Foundation support helps us keep all of this happening — and helps us continue building a club where everyone is welcome and there’s always a place in a boat for you. 💙

Hi everyone, Nick Dawe is organising a RowSUP demo day in Anakiwa on September 12th in the morning (the 13th is weather backup). The RowSUP is an inflatable rowing board perfect for those who have storage and transport constraints at home or in their car and want to row anywhere in NZ.
