Awesome Session tonight these warriors pushed it to their limits & gave it everything they had.
They all got amazing times (18-23mins) that they are going to beat in 5 weeks time.
Their session was:

x100 PUSH-UPS
x100 SIT-UPS
x100 SQUATS
x100 LUNGES
x100 BURPEES

Hey Everyone!!!
Oscar here from Viking Brothers Strength & Conditioning Gym.
I have been given an awesome opportunity by my brother Nick to share my passion for fitness.
"King H.I.I.T Fitness" will be running Boot camps, Group trainings as well as 1 on 1 Personal Training.

I'll be focusing on
-Boxing & Kickboxing (Fight Fit)
- Fat/Weight loss
- Plyometrics/Speed & Strength
- Calisthenics/Push-Ups, Pull-Ups, Muscle-Ups
- Sports Specific Exercises
- Circuit Training
- H.I.I.T- High Intensity Interval Training
- To increase cardiovascular and improve overall Health.

My goals are the same as The Viking Brothers Strength Gym we want it to be like a family/team where no one feels out of place. To create a new and invigorating environment where you can push yourself to your limits and not worry about who is watching, a place where you can be yourself and train how YOU want to train.

Hey family and friends I'll be running King H.I.I.T Fitness out of VBS aka Viking Brothers Strength Gym. I have been given an awesome opportunity by my brother Nick Bakker to express my passion for personal training and demonstrate it in his gym. OK GUYS HUGE NEWS!!!! Our lease on the building in Sydney st Petone has gone unconditional, which means were OFFICIALLY OPENING FOR BUISNESS on the 6th of NOVEMBER.

For those of you who haven't heard about my vision, VBS GYM is going to be a gym for athletes and aspiring athletes, not just a commercial dump were your voice goes unheard. We want you to be a part of our club, not just another member we want suggestions and ideas to enhance everyone's training for the better. ( including the music selection.)

Our focus is on functional usable strength and conditioning while staying away from machines which gives our customers a huge open space to flip tyres pull sleds and move big weights . We will be hosting both powerlifting and strongman events and already have the backing of the UPANZ (United Powerlifting Association New Zealand).

We will be running boot camps and hiit training in our huge facility and offer Personal training specific to your sport. Our head PTs currently are Ross Jackman - NZ jnr body building champion 2015 and Nick Bakker – UPANZ RAW male open national champ 2015.
For those of you who have spoken to me about my vision for what the VBS GYM will be you've already been informed of what's coming.

Anyone who signs up prior to that date will get a LIMITED EDITION ORIGINAL members tee shirt and the cheapest ever membership rate!! THIS IS THE CHEAPEST IT WILL EVER GET we need numbers now so were cutting the rate right down. We look forward to hearing from you soon a picture of tees will be in the comments. I just want to say a big congratulations and welcome aboard to Viking brothers strength and conditioning's newest coaches. Oscar Vaoa and Jamie Barr-Brown.

These two amazing PTs will be hosting a variety of comprehensive bootcamps. With the focus being on explosive movement, strength, agility and overall cardiovascular .Training commences with dynamic stretching and running, followed by a wide variety of interval training, including lifting weights/objects, pushups/situps, plyometrics, and various types of explosive routines with a lot of the unique equipment being found only at our gym. Our exercise program will help you to lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, and help you get into a routine of regular exercise.
