Wellington Water Ski Club The Wellington Water Ski Club caters for all age groups, all skill levels and powered water craft. The North end of Wellington Harbour. We are a club of variety.

There is a warm welcome waiting for you whether you want to play, compete, support or meet new people. We are located in the sheltered surroundings of Petone’s Western Hills. All enthusiastic for our own form of water sport. From competitive water-skiers through to family funners; wakeboarding, knee boarding or biscuiting. Some of our members have achieved at the very highest level of global compe

tition (including World Titles) others just as happy to enjoy a day’s boating. The club was established in 1957. Members are invited to join together for a variety of away trips (day or overnight) to various attractive water skiing locations. A great way to get to know one another and enhance friendships while enjoying the amazing facilities throughout the Wellington and outlying regions. Club membership is by way of annual subscription. We have a Clubroom facility with function capabilities where members will often BBQ throughout the summer. We have kitchen and shower facilities, TV and offer hirage to both members and public. There is a maintained tractor facility to enable the easy launching of members boats/ski’s etc. We also have gear and equipment available for novice members to use. Many social events are organised and run to encourage the pleasure of water sports and activities for you, your family and friends of the Club.
